Located in the civic core of Anchorage, this mixed-use high-rise redefines the city’s skyline. Combining a hotel, executive apartments, event spaces, dining, and retail, the project fuses iconic design elements with a deep connection to the site’s history. A bold reinvention of the past, it envisions a future shaped by a globally aware client willing to take risks. The building's hybrid form, combining the ‘bar,’ ‘tower,’ and ‘podium’ types, is unified by a scrim that enhances its profile and scale. "Uplift" represents a transformative step forward, both for the city and the client's legacy.
