Currently has a Business to Business (B2B) model (Boutiques+Wholesale).
Proposal: Transition into a Business-to-consumer (B2C) model.
Main target audience will be mothers/grandmothers looking for something unique, special and sustainable for their family.
Positioning:
Represents brands entrenched in sustainability while still offering a contemporary range of products that connect the audience to Indian fabrics and techniques.
