Goal: Redesign a 250 acre NetZero master plan in the city of Houston and focus on the Transit center that will perform as a gate to the new neighborhoods.

Concept: The Eastoria Transit Center will be surrounded by beautiful shaded landscape with friendly walk-able paths that ties all neighborhoods together. The Transit Center will offer a cafe area, and small local shops for business opportunities. It will get sustainable buses on and off the site providing comfortable waiting areas with a beautiful translucent roof that provides natural light and solar panels.
